The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman has stated that it has now closed the seven-year misconduct case against Australian Government research organisation (NHMRC) for misleading the public about the evidence for homeopathy, without providing a verdict as to whether NHMRC is, or is not, guilty of scientific misconduct.
