ECHAMP has the privilege to publish two master theses on homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products regulation, which provide a good overview of legislative and regulatory issues regarding homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products in the EU. In addition, they present some confronting practices and refreshing ideas with regard to policy making and enforcement. For those interested in the licensing of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products "The EU policy on the registration of Homeopathic Medicinal Products" and "The Regulation of Complementary and Alternative Medicinal Products in the EU and the US from Comparative Law and Economics Perspective" are worthwhile reading.
