The 3rd EU Homeopathy Day will be celebrated in Brussels on 23 March. Marian Harkin MEP will be hosting a high profile event in the European Parliament, jointly organised by the European associations of patients, practitioners, doctors and pharmacists of homeopathy and the European homeopathic and anthroposophic medicine industry association.

Building on the success of EU Homeopathy Day 2009, the event will focus on the need to respect the choices and preferences of the 100 million users of homeopathy and anthroposophic medicine in Europe and to act on their request for the integration of homeopathy and complementary medicine into health care policy. It will call on politicians and decision makers in Brussels to take action in favour of homeopathy for the benefit of European patients and citizens, as part of an integrated approach to health care in Europe.
