Homeopathy – what’s the evidence?

Sep 13, 2016

Homeopathy is a much debated topic that quite regularly attracts media attention. On the one hand, proponents argue in favour of this cheap, safe and effective medical treatment and on the other, critics say that homeopathy is scientifically impossible and there is no scientific evidence that it works. These are strong statements but few critics are familiar with all the facts

The Homeopathy Research Institute website offers an indepth resources area that provides accurate and reliable information to those who want the facts about homeopathy research. In its ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section, it takes the most commonplace criticisms of homeopathy and provides reliable scientific answers in the light of the scientific evidence we have so far.

Now HRI has made this material available in five languages – English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, providing up-to-date, quality information for homeopathy stakeholders, policy makers and decision takers in the health field. The translation of this valuable resource has been financed by ECHAMP, to help ensure informed debate about homeopathy and well-informed decisions based on accurate and reliable information across the EU.
