This working party was established in order to share experience and know-how on marketing authorisation procedures in the latest generation of Member States of the European Union and potentially acceding countries. The adaptation to EU-legislation raises concerns about the future existence of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products in a number of markets because of the legislative and regulatory complexity. The working party advises relevant parties while there is still time to develop adequate solutions within the appropriate transition periods.
