ECHAMP was founded with the aim of establishing a widely accepted and qualified interest grouping of the pharmaceutical industry active in the field of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicines.

General Objectives

· We seek to preserve the heritage of homeopathy and anthroposophic medicine by developing and supporting all measures aimed at full availability of these medicines to health professionals and the general public.

· We work to further the integration of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicine into the national health systems by supporting and enhancing a legal and regulatory framework allowing for this.

Therefore:

· We actively seek and co-ordinate common positions amongst our members in order to provide European and Member State institutions with unified and representative positions.

· We serve as a supporting entity in European political, legal and regulatory affairs for our members.

· We seek the integration of homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products and their pharmaceutical procedures into official pharmacopoeias.

· We share and promote our information and expertise with authorities, politicians, health care professionals, patients and the general public.

· We create a platform so that all participants in the network may interact for the benefit of over 100 million European patients and consumers actively using homeopathic and anthroposophic medicinal products.

· We actively stimulate initiatives which will enhance our efforts.
